- One credit is one sales-agent answer to a visitor. A typical conversation is 4-6 answers, so 4-6 credits.
- What happens when credits run out?
- The sales agent politely pauses and invites the visitor to leave their details, and you get an alert. Renewing the plan brings it back instantly.
- How does the 7-day trial work?
- Start with the plan you chose and get 7 days to test the agent with no charge. If it doesn't fit, you can cancel easily before the monthly billing begins.
- Can I upgrade or add credits mid-month?
- Yes. Upgrade or top up at any time — the change applies immediately.
- Is there a commitment?
- No. It's month to month, and you can stop any time.
- What do I get for paying annually?
- Annual plans are paid up front for 12 months and get 15% off. The discount applies only to a full annual prepayment. Annual plans carry the same 14-day full money-back guarantee, and after 14 days there is no refund and no pro-rata refund.
- What is the refund policy?
