These terms apply to the use of the ELDIGITAL AI Agent platform, the management panel and the chatbot embedded on client websites.
The service
- The platform lets you launch an AI chatbot for a website, crawl site content, answer visitors and capture leads.
- The service is provided as is, and features and quotas may change over time.
Responsibility for AI answers
- Answers are generated by an AI model based on website content and may contain inaccuracies.
- Answers are not binding professional advice. The business owner is responsible for verifying critical information such as pricing, availability and purchase terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for abusive, misleading or unlawful content, or to extract information about other users.
- Do not crawl websites you are not authorized to crawl, or embed the bot without permission.
Intellectual property
- The platform, its code and design are owned by Eldigital.
- Client website content and captured leads remain the client's property.
Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time by removing the embed snippet and requesting account closure.
- After closure, data is deleted in line with the privacy policy.
