Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how to cancel an ELDIGITAL AI Agent subscription, when a refund is due and when it is not. It forms part of the terms of service of Oren Hayoun, an Israeli registered business (no. 315726927) trading as "Eldigital" / ELDIGITAL ("we", "us" or "the provider").

Cancel any time, no commitment

  • There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account or by contacting us.
  • Cancelling stops the next recurring charge; the service keeps working until the end of the paid period.

14-day money-back guarantee

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the charge.
  • The guarantee applies even if you already used the service: the site was crawled, the agent was embedded, or conversations and leads were created.
  • It covers both monthly billing and annual prepayments.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days of approval.

After 14 days

  • After the 14-day window there is no automatic refund for a period already paid, but we review every request on its merits, including a pro-rata refund for the unused period (mainly on annual prepayments) or account credit.
  • Cancelling stops the next recurring charge; the service keeps running until the end of the paid period.
  • Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Statutory rights

  • This policy does not limit consumer cancellation rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its cancellation regulations.
  • Where this policy conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails.
  • A material fault that prevents use of the service and is not fixed within a reasonable time will be reviewed on its merits, including a credit or refund.
