We are committed to making the service usable by everyone and work to align the platform and chat window with WCAG 2.1 level AA and the Israeli accessibility standard.
Measures taken
- Full keyboard navigation in the chat window and the management panel.
- Screen reader support: button labels, form labels and alternative text for images.
- Compliant color contrast, scalable text and full RTL and mobile support.
Known limitations
- Content injected by third-party systems on client websites is outside our control.
- We continue to review and improve accessibility on an ongoing basis.
