Oren Hayoun, an Israeli registered business (no. 315726927) trading as "Eldigital" / ELDIGITAL ("we", "us" or "the provider") is committed to providing an equal and accessible service to everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to align the website, agent window and management panel with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and its service accessibility regulations, Israeli Standard SI 5568, and WCAG 2.1 level AA.

What has been made accessible

Full keyboard navigation (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Esc) across the site, agent window and management panel.
Screen reader support: button and field labels, image alternative text, a proper heading structure and language/direction markup (including RTL).
Text size increase and decrease inside the agent window, and browser zoom to 200% without loss of content.
Compliant colour contrast, clear focus indicators, large touch targets and full support on phone, tablet and desktop.
No automatically flashing or moving content that could trigger seizures.

Known limitations

Content injected by third-party systems on customer websites is outside our control and may not be fully accessible.
Documents or images uploaded by a customer to the knowledge base may not be accessible; we recommend uploading accessible text.
We keep reviewing and improving accessibility and address every report we receive.
